We sincerely apologize to you for the failure of the GSA Scholarship link to be enabled this morning at 12:01am. You sacrificed sleep and peace of mind by staying up very late just to apply, and for this great inconvenience,  we are deeply sorry.

Regrettably, there was a technical glitch that prevented the link from being enabled.  Naturally, it is tempting to start the application process during regular business hours when staff is available to remedy the problem . However, at that time, many students are traveling to work or school, getting family members off to their day, or simply have no access to  a  computer at the appointed hour due to various commitments. Therefore, we will stay with the early morning hour which allows more students to be available for submitting the application, providing everyone an equal chance to participate.

Therefore, Effective Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 12:01 AM, the GSA Activity Fund Scholarship will be available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis to qualified graduate students.  UPDATE : Application closed , over 1700 students applied.
